Cancellation Policy

At Kustom Space, we strive to provide the highest quality interior design, custom furniture, and home renovation services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or modify your order or service booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations.

1. Custom Furniture & Made-to-Order Products

Since our furniture and decor items are custom-made to fit your exact specifications, measurements, and preferences:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your custom furniture order within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order and receiving your confirmation.

• After Production Begins: Once raw materials have been purchased or production/crafting has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as these items are bespoke and tailored specifically for your space.

2. Interior Design & Renovation Services

For consultation, interior design, and home/office renovation projects:

• Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel a booked renovation or design service before any site work, measurements, or design drafting has commenced, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus any applicable administrative or initial consultation fees.

• Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after design concepts have been delivered or physical work/installation has already started on-site, you will be billed for the work completed, materials purchased, and labor hours spent up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining deposit after these deductions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Ready-Made Items, Blinds, Curtains & Flooring

For standard or pre-measured products (such as curtains, blinds, carpets, rugs, and flooring materials):

• Before Dispatch/Installation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch from our warehouse or before our installation team is dispatched to your location.

• Custom-Cut Materials: Please note that carpets, artificial grass, flooring, blinds, and curtains that have been custom-cut to your room dimensions cannot be cancelled once cutting or manufacturing has begun.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved under the conditions above:

• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

• Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
