You can get everything done through one team without needing to contact multiple companies.

We are fully based in Dubai. Our office is in the Diamond Business Center in Arjan, Al Barsha, Dubai. Our installation and design teams are local and work across all of Dubai and the wider UAE every day. When you contact us, you are speaking to a team that is genuinely here in the city with you.

We work on both. Our residential clients include villa owners, apartment residents, and property investors. Our commercial clients include offices, restaurants, hotels, retail shops, and showrooms. The level of care and quality we bring to each project is the same regardless of the size or type of space.

We have been working in interior design and home improvement in Dubai for over 10 years. During that time we have completed more than 150 projects across the UAE for a wide range of clients, from families furnishing their first home to developers fitting out full floors of apartments.

Our blind options include roller blinds, blackout blinds, Roman blinds, wooden blinds, bamboo blinds, vertical blinds, Venetian blinds, motorized blinds, honeycomb blinds, and office blinds. Whether you want something simple and clean or something with texture and warmth, we have options that will work for your space and light requirements.

Yes. We supply and install motorized curtains and motorized blinds that can be controlled with a remote, a wall switch, or a smart home app. Motorized window treatments are especially popular in Dubai for large windows, floor-to-ceiling curtains, and homes with smart home systems. Our team handles the full installation including wiring and motor fitting.

Yes and this is how we prefer to work. Getting exact measurements at your home means the curtains or blinds fit perfectly the first time. Our team will come to your property in Dubai, measure all the windows you want to cover, help you choose fabrics and styles, and then handle the full installation once your order is ready. The home visit and measurement service is free.

For most homes, the installation itself takes one day. The lead time between ordering and installation depends on the fabric and style chosen. Standard curtains are usually ready within 7 to 10 days. Custom or special fabric orders can take up to 14 days. We will give you a clear timeline when you place your order so you know exactly when to expect us.

Both work well in Dubai and the right choice depends on your space and what you need. Blackout curtains are ideal for bedrooms where you want to block out light completely. Roller blinds or Venetian blinds work well in kitchens and bathrooms where fabric curtains might absorb humidity. Sheer curtains are popular in living rooms because they let in natural light while still giving some privacy. Many of our clients use curtains and blinds together in the same room for more flexibility. Our team can advise you during the home visit based on your specific windows and lifestyle.

We supply and install a full range of flooring types including hardwood flooring, engineered wood flooring, vinyl flooring, SPC flooring, laminate flooring, LVT flooring, parquet flooring, herringbone flooring, and carpet tiles. We also do epoxy flooring for garages and gyms, rubber flooring for sports areas, and WPC decking for outdoor spaces. All flooring is installed by our own team with proper preparation and finishing.

SPC flooring and LVT flooring are among the most popular choices for apartments in Dubai because they look great, handle humidity well, and are very durable under daily foot traffic. Engineered wood is also a good option if you want the warmth and natural look of wood without the risk of warping that can happen with solid hardwood in humid environments. Solid hardwood can be affected by Dubai’s humidity and temperature changes over time. We generally recommend engineered wood flooring for Dubai homes because it has the same natural appearance and feel as hardwood but is more stable in warm and humid conditions. That said, if you have a well-air-conditioned space and use proper sealant and maintenance, solid hardwood can work too. Our team will advise you honestly based on your specific situation.

A single bedroom or living room usually takes one to two days to complete including preparation, laying, and finishing. A full apartment typically takes three to five days. Larger villas or commercial spaces may take one to two weeks depending on the area and the type of flooring chosen. We will give you an accurate timeline after assessing your space during the consultation.

Yes. Our team handles the full process including removing your existing flooring, preparing the surface underneath, and then laying and finishing the new floor. We also dispose of the old material so you do not have to arrange that separately. Everything is done by the same team from start to finish.

Yes. We install commercial flooring for offices, retail stores, restaurants, hotels, gyms, and warehouses across Dubai. Commercial projects often have specific requirements around durability, slip resistance, or quick installation to minimize business disruption. Our team has experience working in active commercial spaces and will plan the installation schedule to suit your business hours.

We supply wall to wall carpets, bedroom carpets, office carpets, carpet tiles, mosque carpets, exhibition carpets, stair carpets, and outdoor carpets. Carpets are available in a wide range of colors, textures, and pile heights. All carpets are measured and cut to your exact space and installed cleanly without gaps or visible joins.

Yes. We offer custom-made rugs in any size, shape, and design you need. If you have a specific color palette or pattern in mind, our team can work with you to create a rug that is made just for your space. We also stock a wide range of ready-made rugs including handmade rugs, area rugs, round rugs, shaggy rugs, and sisal rugs if you want something you can have quickly without waiting for a custom order.

Carpet works very well in bedrooms and living rooms in Dubai, especially in air-conditioned spaces. It adds warmth, reduces noise, and feels comfortable underfoot. We recommend avoiding carpet in bathrooms and kitchens where moisture is common. For areas that get heavy foot traffic or where children and pets are present, we can advise on the most practical carpet types that are easier to clean and maintain in a Dubai lifestyle.

Yes. Office carpet and carpet tiles are among our most popular commercial services. Carpet tiles are a particularly practical choice for offices because individual tiles can be replaced if one area gets damaged or stained, without needing to redo the whole floor. We have worked with many offices and coworking spaces across Dubai and understand the specific requirements of commercial carpet installations.

A good general rule is that your rug should be large enough for at least the front legs of your sofa and chairs to sit on it. This makes the room feel grounded and connected. Yes. We supply and install mosque carpets for prayer halls of all sizes. Mosque carpets are available in traditional designs and colors and are made from high-quality materials that are comfortable for long periods of sitting and kneeling. We handle the full measurement, supply, and installation process and have completed mosque carpet projects across Dubai and the wider UAE.

We make a wide range of furniture for homes and offices. For homes, this includes custom sofas, sofa beds, beds and headboards, bedroom sets, wardrobes, dining sets, coffee tables, TV units, outdoor furniture, balcony furniture, and Arabic Majlis seating. For offices, we make desks, reception counters, meeting tables, and storage units. If you have something specific in mind that is not on this list, just ask and we will let you know if we can help.

Arabic Majlis is a traditional sitting arrangement used in many UAE and Gulf homes for receiving and hosting guests. It typically features low seating along the walls of a room, with cushions and bolsters in rich fabrics. Majlis furniture is an important part of home culture in the UAE and we design and build custom Majlis seating for villas and homes across Dubai and the rest of the country. Our designs range from traditional Arabic styles to more contemporary versions that blend modern and cultural elements.

Most custom furniture orders are ready within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the materials selected. Larger pieces or full room sets may take a little longer. We will give you an accurate production and delivery timeline when you confirm your order. We do not rush production because the quality needs to be right, and we always inform you in advance if there are any delays.

Yes. We offer furniture upholstery and repair services in Dubai. If your sofa, bed, or chairs are structurally sound but the fabric is worn or outdated, we can reupholster them in a new fabric of your choice. This is a great way to refresh the look of your home without replacing everything. Sofa upholstery, bed frame upholstery, and headboard reupholstery are all services we provide regularly for clients across Dubai.

Yes. We design and supply outdoor furniture that is made to handle Dubai’s heat, sun, and occasional humidity. Materials are chosen specifically to resist fading, rusting, and warping in outdoor conditions. We also pair outdoor furniture with artificial grass, shade solutions, and outdoor curtains to help you create a complete and comfortable outdoor space for your villa garden, balcony, or pool area.

Yes. We handle full home renovation projects for villas, apartments, townhouses, and studios across Dubai. This includes structural changes, flooring, painting, wallpaper, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, bedroom renovation, and complete interior redesign. You do not need to hire separate companies for each part of the project. Our team manages the whole renovation from the first planning visit to the final finishing work.

We offer villa renovation, apartment renovation, office renovation, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, and bedroom renovation. We also handle specific renovation work like painting, wallpaper installation, wall paneling, glass partition fitting, gypsum partition work, and wall skirting. Whether you want to renovate one room or the entire property, we can put together a plan and a quote for you.

This depends on the type of renovation. Cosmetic changes like painting, wallpaper, flooring, and curtains generally do not require special permission in most buildings. Structural changes, additions to plumbing, or changes to electrical systems may require approval from your building management or the Dubai Municipality. We recommend checking with your building management before starting any major renovation work. Our team can advise you on what is typically required for the type of project you have in mind.

A full villa renovation in Dubai typically takes between 6 and 14 weeks depending on the size of the villa and the scope of work. A full apartment renovation usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. Partial renovations that cover one or two rooms can often be completed in 1 to 3 weeks. We create a detailed project timeline before we begin so you know what is happening at each stage and when the project will be finished.

It depends on the type and size of the renovation. For smaller projects like bedroom renovation, bathroom updates, or painting, many clients stay in the home during the work. For larger projects that involve the whole property, it is often more comfortable to stay elsewhere during the main renovation phase. Our team will discuss this with you during planning and try to schedule work in a way that causes the least disruption possible to your daily life.

Yes. Kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation are two of the most common services we provide. For kitchens, we handle new flooring, cabinet refacing or replacement, tiling, painting, and lighting improvements. For bathrooms, we handle tiling, waterproofing, painting, fixture changes, and general refreshes. Both kitchen and bathroom projects are managed completely by our team without needing to hire a separate tiling company, painter, or contractor.

The cost depends on what you need and the size of your space. A single room makeover that includes new curtains, flooring, and furniture typically starts from around AED 5,000 to AED 15,000. A full apartment Interior Design Dubai project usually falls between AED 20,000 and AED 80,000. Full villa Interior Design Dubai and renovation projects can range from AED 80,000 to AED 500,000 or more depending on the size and materials chosen. Yes. We offer free home visits and free quotes for all projects in Dubai and across the UAE. Our team will come to your property, assess the space, discuss your requirements, and put together a full cost breakdown for you. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to go ahead with us after receiving the quote.

We do have some package options for common services like curtain installation and flooring, but most of our projects are priced based on your specific requirements. This is because every home is different and we want your quote to be accurate rather than a rough estimate that changes later. During the consultation we will let you know about any package options that apply to your project and whether a fixed package or a custom quote makes more sense for your needs.

We accept bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and cash. For larger projects, we typically work with a deposit paid at the time of order confirmation and the remaining balance paid on completion. We will outline the payment schedule clearly in your quote so there are no surprises. If you have a specific payment arrangement in mind, just let us know and we will try to accommodate it where possible.

All our quotes are provided inclusive of VAT at the standard UAE rate of 5 percent. The price we give you is the price you pay. We do not add hidden costs after the project begins. If anything unexpected comes up during the work that could affect the cost, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

Yes. We work with a wide range of budgets and we are honest with our clients about what is achievable within a given amount. If your budget is limited, we will focus on the changes that will make the biggest difference to your space rather than trying to do everything at once. We never push clients toward more expensive options if a more affordable choice will meet their needs just as well. Our job is to help you get the best result for the money you have.

During the home visit, one of our interior design consultants comes to your property at a time that suits you. We look at the space together, take measurements, discuss your ideas and preferences, and answer any questions you have. We also bring samples of fabrics, materials, and finishes where relevant so you can see and feel them in your own home before making a decision. The visit usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on the size and scope of the project.

We will arrange a free home visit at a time that works for you. After the visit, we prepare your quote and design plan. For straightforward services like curtain or blind installation, the total time from your first call to the completed installation is usually between 7 and 14 days. For flooring projects, it is typically 3 to 7 days from confirmation to completion. For custom furniture, allow 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery and installation. For full renovation projects, the timeline is longer and will be discussed in detail during the planning phase.

We keep disruption to a minimum. Our installation teams are experienced at working in occupied homes and offices and we always clean up after ourselves before leaving. For flooring removal and renovation work, there will be some dust and noise during the active work, which is unavoidable, but we try to manage this sensibly and let you know in advance which days will be the most intensive.

Small adjustments can often be made shortly after an order is confirmed, especially if production has not started yet. Once materials have been cut or production is underway, changes may not always be possible or may affect the timeline and cost. We ask all clients to review their order confirmation carefully before we begin. If something needs to change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our installations and products. Most of our services come with a workmanship guarantee covering installation defects. Product warranties vary depending on the manufacturer and material type and we will make you aware of these when you confirm your order. If anything is not right after we have finished, contact us and we will come back and fix it. We want every client to be fully satisfied with the result.

Yes. We work in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah for interior design and installation services. Coverage for these areas may have different lead times and minimum order requirements compared to Dubai. Contact us with your location and the service you need and we will let you know what we can offer and when we can visit.

For most services within Dubai there is no travel charge. For projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or the Northern Emirates, there may be a small travel or logistics fee depending on the distance and the size of the project. We will always be transparent about any additional charges in your quote before you confirm anything.

Yes. We regularly work with overseas clients who own properties in Dubai and are not able to be present in person. We handle the full process remotely where needed, including sharing photos, videos, and 3D layouts of the design plan for your approval. We can also coordinate with your property manager or tenant for access to the property. Many of our clients in this situation are expats who moved home but kept their Dubai investment property.

Yes. We have worked with property developers, real estate investors, and interior design firms on larger scale projects including fitting out multiple apartments, show homes, and serviced accommodation units.
